Team Membership - Details
The Artifact Detecting Team is a membership driven program that was developed for metal detecting enthusiasts who are seeking the thrill of potentially making once-in-a-lifetime discoveries of artifacts, relics, coins and other items - some dating back to the 1600's - the pre and post Revolutionary War era when America was inhabited by the earliest of our European settlers.
By joining the Artifact Detecting Team for a $25.00 annual membership fee you will take advantage of the following Team member benefits:
- Access to all team member hunts on a first come first served basis.
- A daily fee of $60 or weekend (2 consecutive days) fee of $100 for farm field and undeveloped estate property access.
- That's a $40 savings off the $100 daily non-member price. These are 10-20 person hunts on (to the best of our knowledge and from what owners have told us) virgin undetected, undeveloped lands - typically 10+ acres in size. Make it a weekend hunt and save $80 off the non-member price of $180!!

Access to the Team Members Only “special” hunts taking place on historic properties, private estates and public properties.

This is a very important member benefit as only members will be allowed to detect on these previously undetected centuries old and off limits properties. These hunts will be set-up to accommodate very small groups of hunters – depending on the size of the property there may only be 4 persons allowed to detect. The pricing will be in the $100-$200 range per hunt day depending on the number of hunters and the significance or potential of the site.

- Advance notice of hunt events and priority sign-ups. Members have the opportunity to reserve hunt dates prior to non-members.

Also, Team Members are allowed to bring one non-member friend to our farm field and undeveloped property hunts (they pay full price - $100) for them to see if they are interested in joining the Team. Non-member friends are not allowed to participate in the Team Members Only "special" hunts.
